Who Is "Bob"?

During the SubGenius panel discussion at XX-Day, Rev. Meat (with whom I
was most impresed) asked "Who is "Bob"?" We, the Doktors, gave fine
answers, but I'd like to pass along an answer given by Rev. Little
Earwig (honorary Lemurian, along with myself and Dr. Crawford, at the
Little Lemuria Camp).
