From our point of view as organizers and performers, Starwood Festival's 30th anniversary was a resounding success. (From an accountant's point of view, we probably took a hit.) Everybody we've heard from call it the best Starwood in many years. The event's new site, Wisteria, is fantastic, and Starwood 31 will definitely take place there.
I, Stang, will strive to write up a proper report on the festival. We also have some video that could stand editing and YouTubing. But this year, Starwood happened to follow directly on the heels of the SubGenius X-Day Drill (our 15th!), and we need to edit some of those photos and audio too. The SubGenius devival from Starwood and many samples of the festival's great music will be heard on upcoming Hour of Slack radio shows very soon.
