The stars of that Einstein's Secret Orchestra Top 40 hit single, "EIGHTY THREE-D SQUIDS," are BACK -- and this time, raining down over the big city.
Or... are they mayhaps... floating, UP?!?
There's NO MOTION BLUR, so you CAN'T TELL! And their head-sacs, which you'd think would be the HEAVY parts, are mostly pointing UP!
*VAS IST LOS*??!?
Friends, NOMAN can explain why 80 -- AT LEAST 80 -- 3D squids would be falling from the sky, or floating up into it; but, as Princess Wei sings on the radio, "...Man, they get me so high!"
These squid had previously rained only over the Atlantic Ocean (as seen on the famous INWO card). This is the first know rain of live prairie squid over an American city (Denver, in this case).
Notice the eyelashes. These were specially induced on this breed of prairie squid by the prairie squid farmer and genetics expert, IrRev. Friday Jones. Prairie Squid physiology is described in her recent article "MY FIRST PRAIRIE SQUID" (Scientific American, May 98)
PHOTOGRAPHIC NOTES: Because this was taken on a morning of very bad pollution in Denver, the image has been computer-enhanced to bring out detail.
