I left our Hut-El at dawn to get this shot... and the guards almost shot me! But it was worth it. The mist rising off the jungle made this a moment that... well, I just wish you could hear the jungle sounds and smell the Dobbstown scents wafting on that morning breeze. The Bobbies fixed us a wonderful breakfast back at the Hut-El... monkey brains and eggs, an exotic Dobbstown specialty!
This is shot with a 700mm lens. If I got much closer, the lava would burn me!
HAHA! Just kidding. The "lava" is a really just a hologram. A very realistic one. And somehow, they make it give off SOME heat -- like standing in a sauna. WILD!
