The Cosmic Copyright Violation

When the Universe was created, it was not created anew. Instead, it
was copied from existing universes belonging to the Elder Gods.
This act was carried out by WOTAN, a.k.a. JHVH, one of the Rebel Gods,
and is encoded in mythology as Prometheus stealing the fire of the Gods.
This moment of creation is the Cosmic Copyright Violation.
Since the Universe was created in violation of the Cosmic Copyright,
the Elder Gods sued the Rebel Gods, ordering that the Universe be
destroyed. To fulfil this task, the Elder Gods created the Yacatisma
(a.k.a. Seraphim), mechanical destructive entities whose purpose is
solely to act as engines of destruction, and released them in the
pirated Universe. The Yacatisma destroyed and devoured, producing
more Yacatisma, which destroyed and devoured further.
At this moment, the Yacatisma are about halfway through destroying
the Universe, and are gaining momentum. However, there is hope.
As part of the settlement, it is possible for the Universe to be bought
back from the Elder Gods and given legitimacy. The price of this
purchase is about six billion souls -- the entire population of the
Earth, and then some. And "Bob" has volunteered to cut the deal,
buying back the universe with the souls of earth beings, which will
be used as fuel by the Elder Gods.
Unfortunately, this does not yet cover the costs of buying back the
Universe, even if each and every soul -- including those of SubGenii --
was sold to the Elder Gods. However, it is possible to contribute
by sending money in lieu of souls. The exchange rate is variable,
dependent on the Nental Ife pstench of the sender and other factors.
However, if enough money is sent in, not only can the Universe be
