Actually though, if you were planning on branding people (perish the
thought!) you'd do better with a multistrike brand - if you did it small
enough to all fit on one brand (and on one of the truly flat portions of
human anatomy, of which there are few), the lines would spread out too much
and it would just be a blob in a year.

Yeah, and YOU'RE the third son of Judah. C'mon! I really, really, really
wish that you would look more closely, because I have, and it ISN'T the
same. Not remotely. Our new symbol IS the same as the "face-proportion
lines" you can find in any good drawing book. Are you going to accuse all
drawing books of secretly hiding the "psychick cross" too?

To test this theory, I went into Google and typed in 'psychick cross.'

The first document that came up was a long, very DULL text-only document
with lots of 'thee' and 'ov' in it, all about Thee Temple ov Psychick Yout.

The second was a links page, with ALL of the links having to do with the
Church of the SubGenius, and one little link at the bottom about ToPY!

From this, I deduce that ToPY is a text-only spinoff of CotSG, and that
they can't spell. And their pretentious snottiness oozes over everything
they touch.

The dimensions aren't the same, and before TOPY adopted that particular
cross many like it were used in groups all over the world. Doan Mattah.
Really. Because ours still has a "pipe", and a "grin", it'll be OK.

I wasn't sure I'd like it at first, but I now think it's kinda...

I like the new symbol because when I welded it together out of
steel rods and sharpened the tip and rammed it into this Pink's
chest between the 4th & 5th ribs and then gave it a 3/4 turn, I
was able to carry the corpse around as easily as if it were a
carry-on bag. That's service.
