use by the US military is bidding to run a
number of prisons in Britain.

The Utah-based Management and Training
Corporation (MTC) has set up a London
headquarters and is in advanced negotiations
to operate at least one prison in Britain...

I should think half the UK Subs are already in prison. At least they
should be, for the dullard version of punk rock they were peddling 25
years ago. I believe they're still 'going' in one form or another.
