Santa dies in shootout

A shootout between German police and two bank robbers in Santa Claus
costumes ended with one man dead and two wounded.
The robbers were fleeing from a bank in the Rhineland town of Ratingen when
they were spotted by police.
In the exchange of shots, one robber was shot dead and his accomplice
wounded. An officer was also wounded.
