The turkey shouldn't be a prob, "Bob".
The stuffing might be if it was cooked in the bird, soaking up nasties
and not being heated to 160F or so, which can happen in the middle, then
mixed around with the outer "clean" bits, then set to room temperature
for 10 hours, eaten, then vomited up and eaten by the dog.

But, you probably ate the butt. So you are OK. Anyways, cooking it to
the correct temperature would kill the (secondary) possibility of
disease. Just don't eat the vomit! (without proper boiling)
Mmmm... dog!
I ate some camel once... tasted like ... camel.
See Morocco, before the Americans get there and fuck it up more! (Oh,
Casablanca is already fucked, keep moving south - bargaining over 12
cents is very normal - show some haggling spirit, you fucking pansies!!!
GET THE LOW PRICE!!!)

I've never eaten camel! I missed a trip where some friends
toured Spain and Portugal in a double-decker bus, then toured
Morocco where they traded the bus for a bowling ball-sized
bit of hash. I probably could have had camel in Morocco.
There's a local restaurant that serves elephant, hippo, and
all manner of weird meat from time to time. The Philippino
adobo dog is pretty good! And I've developed a taste for
balut, the embryonic duck eggs.

I heard it was rude to NOT haggle. Any confirmation?

Well, normal practice, really, not really rude. You really start to get
into it when you are there. You haggle over EVERYTHING. Also you don't
want to mess it up for everyone else. If a bunch of Americans go over
there and pay what they are asked every time, the price will go up and
everyone else in the world will get mad.
I don't remember if I haggled over the hash, tho. I just remember
getting a pencil sized strip of medium quality stuff, and that there was
no customs coming back to Spain.
In the medina they sell stuff during the day (like a big swapmeet), and
as the sun goes down they all vacate and a new crop of vendors selling
food come in. One might wonder about eating food in Marrakech from
street vendors, but I had one of the best soups I ever ate there
(haggled from 15 down to 12 centimes, I think). Then wandered down the
aisle a bit and found a guy making a kind of kebab. My friend went
across the way to the fish vendor, but I 'd had enough strange fish in
the S of France (Bouillabaisse, yuck, fish eyes, scales, and all). When
we got back together we discussed the price, and he mentioned how he had
haggled his guy down to something like 20 from 30 centimes. I had
forgotten to haggle and just paid up what was asked. When I worked it
out, I had overpaid 2 and one half cents. I believe my kebab was camel,
it tasted very different from anything I ate before, and I don't think
they use horse there...

Did you see any of the plaques of black hash with the gold stamp?
Just curious--
Now I'm thinking of rude camel haggis. And left wondering
whether it would be rude to haggle over camel haggis.
