The only fair election would be to require male property owners to have one
vote for every acre of land that is titled to them, and charge them $500 per
vote to boot, and confiscate the property if they don't vote. That'd sure
cut out the riff raff and there'd be a lot less whining about urban vs.
rural voters, the Electoral College, gerrymandering, registration drives,
and all that shit.

Unfortunately, the federal, State and local gobment
has taken to confiscating land from its owners to
give to other owners. Think "gentrification."
And the best part is, they announce they are going
to take the land early, so it drives the price down.

Hey, it was the law on Marylands Eastern Shore until those damned NAACP and
ACLU lawyers raise al them there "One Man, one vote" B.S. in the courts!
Sure, the ecomany of the area picked up after the old rules were over thrown,
the schools got better, and per capita income went up. But them darkies got to
vote! And some old rich white guys lost their power!
