With this depth perception test, will I be able
to tell when I'm out of my depth? Just asking.

Weaker than a four-letter response?
I think not!
I'd like to know when I am out your depth so that I can recalibrate
my depth-finder. How many fathoms do you normally draw, matey?
I mean, I can read what you draw on your plimsoll lines, but it just
may be that you're full of bilgewater, Cap'n.

Weaker. (Six letters, if you're still counting and that's too deep for
you.)
Paucity would be a good thing for you to learn. When you diffuse your
negligible supply of wit over several syllables, you slice it so thin
that it's imperceptible. (Go ahead and say this illustrates that if you
must, but it's way too predictable.)

Occam's Razor? or Lloyd Morgan's Canon?
Any case, you're florid prose are way more puce than purple,
and why don'tcha just step around to the back deck where I'll
have the below decks crew bend you over the rail before we
cut you up to chum mackerel.

Principle of Parsimonious Periphrasticating.

I am not! What a scurrilous accusation!

Well, I made a mistake. It's actually an adrenal function test.
Sorry. If you followed the directions properly and responded with
"asshole rabbit!" your adrenals are in tip top shape. If you
responded "ha ha, real funny" with sarcasm then your adrenals are of
average stregth for your age. And if you had no response please have
your adrenals as well as thyroid checked with a local Endocrinologist.
Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

I got a chuckle out of it. So what's that mean?
