Dear SubGenius pop-up blocker

Since more and more web sites are figuring out ways to get around the
built-in pop up blocker in Firefox, I'm looking into third-party pop-up
blocking software. Apparently Google and Yahoo don't have pop-up
blockers built into their Firefox toolbars, only into their IE ones.
So I've installed a blocker called "Pop-Up Stopper" by Panicware. It
seems to work okay, and searches on the Web and Usenet haven't
uncovered any stark warnings about this particular program. Any
suggestions from the local yokels?

That's a good one you chose. Also, you can look around for something called
very simply: Pop-Up Killer. It kills them all indiscriminately. You might
also get a Mac and use Safari.

commercials. let's move to Khazakhstan."

well you probably loathe Opera, but I have been using Opera almost
exclusively for the web, and you can just turn off javascript popups
in Opera. I haven't seen a popup in years.
