Confused again

So this woman in Florida, her health goes down the tubes.

To prevent her from taking the pipe, they stick in a feeding tube.

Now her husband wants to take out the tube so she finally takes the pipe so
he can go out and lay some pipe.

And all these politicos are piping up about it.

It's so confusing.
