I just now refound this info on the main Hour of Slack page on SubSITE:
"And on SHORTWAVE: 6.955 MHz "on weekend nights," we've been told!! "
Dunno if that's still happening, as the guy told me
about it a year or
so ago.
The stereo Ogg Vorbis downloads any time day or night
(praise Saint
Bachner and Sensory research!) beat the heckdurnit out
of a scratchy
radio signal, seems like to me, but I'm on DSL so the
20 mb download is
painless.

Thanks. By the way I'm a newly registered subgenius
and was telling a
friend of mine who also is that it's such a great value.
I love the
art everyone makes in the binaries groups, and of course
the hour of
slack!
I just thought on shortwave that it would make such
an excellent foil
to all the conspiracy religions' radio junk. And it
might resurrect
the medium. Plus we could reach into the the jungles
and across the
deserts all to the mutants out there. They call it
the "unstoppable
medium".
The OGG vorbis files are great! Thank you Rev. Stang.
