meteor in dallas

holy crap!! i just saw the biggest meteor i've ever seen in my life...
it was freakin' HUGE! It was an honest-to-gobbs FIREBALL!
Anybody else in dallas see this one tonight?

We wouldn't want to set off a panic or anything, and we have been quiet
about it on the website, but some of you may have noticed that, despite
all the hectic activity of 7X-Day, The SubGenius Foundation main office
was just moved, in the last three weeks, entirely out of the state of
Texas to an anonymous small city in another Southern state far away.

The brave Geddyns are forwarding the Austin PO Box mail... but,
seriously, the Jesusian MegaFisTemple Lodge is even now finishing its
move to Georgia. Jesus and Magdalen will not be in Texas again. The
risk became too great. Dallas was still too close. The brave Geddyns
wil be forwarding the Austin mail up to the last minute. Whenever that
is... that's why it's so brave of them to stay there.

For future reference: our hats off to the brave SubGenii of North and
Central Texas.

The Sacred Dallas PO Box still does belong to us, but we should
probably start having that funnelled to my Cleveland Heights Sacred PO
Box, presently the most stable drop point for the Church, since the
Spaceport is DMZ even in the current bizarre and troubling
configuration of future events shown on the self-updating Dateline for
Dominance Oracular Mainframe.
