Are the twins the spawn of Bob and does anyone know anything about them, or
have ever met them?

Scripture says that Dobbs has many children all over the world, and that he
has sold practically everything, including insurance. So, it is quite
likely that these "twins" of whom you speak are indeed some of the Dobbs
spawn. Of course, maybe their mother just told them that so she wouldn't
have to admit that she didn't know who their daddy was. Who knows.
