Joe made many cassettes and I think at least 3 CDs... one of the CDs
was done with Seeland, the Negativland guys. Joe ended up with
thousands of those in his garage. I don't think he wants to fuck with
the hassle of an actual mail order thang. But you, The El Queso All
Stars, are an actual weird musician making actual weird funny fucked up
stuff about things like L. Ron Hubbard's sex life... so if you sent
him a CD and a ten spot for postage and Luv, I'm sure he'd send you
either GUNTHER PACKS A STIFFY or SALMON DAVE.

However I don't think he'd want his street address posted to
Kooklandia. And I see that ALL THREE CDs are available as free MP3
downloads at that aforementioned URL.

If Joe hadn't sold his gear, he could still be doing MUSICAL bitching.
But I guess he figured he wasn't getting paid for it either way, so why
go to the trouble of prettying it up.

I suppose he can at least console himself with the thought that due to the
evils of ther internet I think most folks are having trouble making money
out of music these days.

It's a shame though, he was a funny guy, wish I'd heard enough of his music
earlier and appreciated him better.

A shame indeed. I think I might have been one of the half-dozen or so
who actually sent him fan letters and, more importantly, cash, but even
then it wasn't enough. I still have most of his tapes, and the Gunther
Packs A Stiffy CD, and I like listening to it to help cauterize my ears
after raping my cochleas with black metal. The music is different, but
in some ways the lyrics are even more evil, and that psoothes my psoul.
