"Actor Paul Reubens' attorneys have confirmed the star plans to fight
the child pornography charges filed against him when he's arraigned in
Los Angeles later today. The Pee Wee Herman star was arrested last
month following a raid on his home a year ago."

This whole business stinks. For one, it was
widely known that Reubens had a huge "erotica",
okay, call it "porn" collection. Whoop-dee-doo.

What they are probably doing is going over the
who collection, saying over and over again,
"does this girl (boy) look under 18?" and "Do
you think we could get an expert in court to
say that she looks under 18?" and "Well, no, we
can't prove that any of them are under 18 unless
we find one of them and she is either still under
18 or will testify that she was under 18 when the
picture(s) were taken; or we find a child-porn
pornographer who wants a sentence reduction for
testifying that he is the one who took her picture
and she was under 18."

The only other thing they can do is to try and
prove that he sent or received known "sting"
pictures over the Internet, the government having
the largest child porn production and distribution
networks out there.

child porn produced for the express purpose of
proving beyond any doubt that its receipient had
at some point unlawfully received it."
