You say that like it's a bad thing.
Well, I suppose the paying taxes part is.
But I'm all in favor of the killing.

Yeah that's so funny man. You're fucking Jerry Louis

Who is Jerry Louis and why do you think I'm
fucking him?
Plus, if you had looked at my .sig, you would
have noticed that I am High Priest in the
Church of Kali, U.S.A. (Reformed). Do you have
any idea what the goddess Kali is?
She is the goddess of death. Now, in past,
followers of Kali have actively killed people.
But we don't do that any longer. However, our
great sacrament is death. We enjoy it, revel
in it, are amazed by it, IN ALL ITS FORMS.
Even our own deaths.
This means it is pleasing to us any time anything
dies by any means. We disregard the idea that
there is a "meaning" or "lack of meaning"
in
death. Kali is far more powerful than any mere
human foolishness, like assigning human "meanings"
to other things that are truly beyond us.
We also see all human activity as folly, so there
is no "greater" or "lesser" life
among men. Just
life to be fulfilled through the ultimate act of
death.
The only tragedy with the death of "innocent
women and children" is the lack of any Kali
worshipper to witness and enjoy their destruction.
This does not mean that we, like your kind, go
in for playing with dead things. Dead things are
greatly reduced in stature in our eyes, and are
only fit for sanitary disposal.

they'd have ended up dead, anyhow, right?
Being dead is like being a manager. At least when people
are dead
they don't get all under your feet. That's why you
bury them. When
people die they change colors and smell bad. That's
a difference too,
I have never had a manager change colors. So you plant
them and all
that grows is astroturf. And rocks with their names
on them. And
then people come and drop dead flowers on them. As
if that is
supposed to help things. They still smell bad. But
you can't smell
them because you buried them. And that's GOOD. That's
not bad. You
don't want to smell them. So I guess there is some
kind of logic in
dropping dead flowers on them because you can smell
those. It's a
compromise. Then people are supposed to come and visit
them, and
smell the dead flowers, because it's better than smelling
dead people.
It would probably make more sense just to stay home
and not visit the
dead people in the first place. People just don't think.
We could
drop hanks of decaying pork on dead people instead of
flowers and then
just visit them that much less often. Have you ever
noticed that
people never have picnics in cemetaries? It's a shame
because they
are usually such pretty, park-like places. And really
you could just
bring a shovel and have all the free meat you wanted.
People just
don't think.

A common complaint about government spending usually
includes the
phrase, "My tax dollars are paying for this!"
Whether it's missile
launchers, oil rigs, or bribes to the government of
Two-bit-istan, you
usually hear someone saying, "You're spending MY
tax dollars to commit
this evil deed!"
If I was a government employee, I'd be tempted to take
that person to
a spot in the middle of the highway. I'd point at the
side of the
road and say, "You see that three foot stretch
of asphalt there?
That's precisely where *your* tax dollars went, Joe
Smith! That's
*your* stretch of road right there! Now shut up."

You might even change the tenses. "You see that
three foot stretch of asphalt there? That's
precisely where *all the taxes you're ever going
to pay* are going, Joe Smith! It's your *children*,
the LITTLE BASTARDS, who WILL BE paying for all of
the DEATH AND DESTRUCTION RIGHT NOW, for the rest

I never said being indifferent towards death is bad.
I implicitly stated
somewhere else that making fun of death and maiming
is bad. Being
indifferent towards something and actually enjoying
it are two different
things. Understand?!?!!?!

Do as you wish. But is "Dr. Strangelove"
a "making fun of death and
maiming" or is it a "making fun of the premises
and participants of the
Cold War"?

"murder". Ok?

Well, it probably depends on who's getting killed and
maimed. I'm saying
that killing and maiming of the innocent (whether it's
fun or not) as well
as making fun of these acts is not OK by me.
Killing and maiming those who kill and maim the innocent is OK.

So you admit not confirming nor denying that
you support and not accede to the killing and
maiming of the innocent for fun?

nu-monet's law: When the follow-up to a non-

message for no apparent reason, and the law
is involked, the poster is required to post
ten(10) non-political messages before
blathering about politics again.
Corollary #1: If you write a non-political

three times in rapid succession.

No.
I neither support nor accede to the killing and maiming
of the innocent
for fun. i.e.: (~S & ~A)
So,
it is not the case that I support and not accede to
the killing and
maiming of the innocent for fun. i.e.: ~(S & ~A)
i.e.:
~S & ~A |= ~(S & ~A)

That wasn't the question, the question was -do you admit
neither
confirming or denyiing- that you support and not accede
to the killing
and maiming of the innocent for fun?
Look, it's a simple fucking yes or no question.

work; it just entered a state with which I was previously

Well, no, he only suspects into the future. In this
case, I believe
Modemac has made a fairly likely divination, a not unreasonable
prognostication, a not-too-difficult foreseeing, a prescient
clairvoyant miraculous prediction, handed down as Revealed
Truth, of
that which he *suspects* will come to pass.

Oh, I see.
It's difficult to read the tone of voice Modemac used
when typing "I
suspect it will be brief". It may have meant "it
will certainly be
brief" had he said it in an arrogant tone...I guess.

Maybe. And maybe you should try understanding what
I have said instead of
trying to hurt my feelings. Sticks and stones man.
MURDER IS DIFFERENT THAN DEATH. RAPE IS DIFFERENT THAN SEX.

Dear stranger,
I know there are many emotions at work here, but no
one
here is really going out of their way trying to hurt
your feelings. At the WORST you may be trolled, but
none of these people want to hurt you.
Unless, of course, you're asking for it. In that case,
you're on your own.

Naw, that was just a K*van test, in case you were
a sock puppet. Whenever he heard the "n"
word, he
would automatically call the poster a "nazi."
Besides, I've a *lot* of sigs. A lot of the posters
here are very complex and multi-dimensional. Which
is why we sneer when somebody stops by and either
spouts an obvious generality, "badness is bad!",
or
is an uncreative troll...
Let us parse.
"25% of your tax money is BLOOD SOAKED (goes to
the
military). Don't kill women and children in 3rd
world countries."
I mean, c'mon! Yeech. First of all, the law
requires you to pay taxes, so you equivocate: not
"evade" taxes, but "avoid" taxes;
which makes you
sound wimpy. You're not advocating desperate measures
for desperate times, you're advocating 'creative
bookkeeping for peace'. Double Yeech.
Second thing, "BLOOD SOAKED" (all caps) (goes
to the
military) (in parentheses), just doesn't work. The
simple fact that A LOT of the posters here are prior
service military and know FOR A FACT that "it's
NOT an
adventure, it's JUST A JOB", which just evicerates
that
sentence fragment. Most of what the military does is
NOT murderous, MOST is just plain boring. Granted,
it *is* expensive boredom. They do what they're told.
Lastly, "Don't kill women and children in 3rd world
countries." Sounds terribly naive. Taxes do not
kill
people: if the government wants a war, if will go
into deficit spending, LIKE IT IS RIGHT NOW to pay
for it.
Killing MEN in 3rd world countries is okay, then; as
is killing women and children in 4th world countries;
and, most likely, killing EVERYBODY in France (and
French Canada), which are 1st world countries, but
is okay because they're FRENCH.
If what I've said above makes no sense to you, then
this newsgroup will give you no satisfaction. Try
another. If you want to give it a go, however, don't
just stick your big toe in, try a belly flop. It
will get a better response.

It does make sense and I really don't know what to say
at this time. My
brain is empty. I'm not really a man of words, you
know. And I really
don't remember why I posted it so I really can't commment

Wow, you seem concerned...maybe you're in love with
me...I dunno. What I
said right there was pretty much what I was told when
I said to this girl
"I'm in love with you"...or maybe that was
just my imagination...then I
started stalking her...and then the brain hurt started...and
I didn't love
Jesus anymore...and the serpant whispered.
