No, not personally. My only GG story is the time he stole a pair of rx glasses
off my friend's face at -- was it PS1 in NYC? -- a few month's later his
pickled brain was being passed around at an art gallery like a party favor.

We all used to hang out with him, though
he was not as wild as he was made out to be.
Like, he would never drink or do drugs, though
he smoked cigarettes for a while. He also was
big time into health food and was really boring
when he'd go on and on about it.

And he was real proud of his Neil Diamond record
collection. He had every album he'd ever done,
and another copy still in the wrapper.

He also didn't make those movies. Somebody
found them for sale in Tijuana and thought
it'd be funny if everybody thought he'd made
them. They even paid some Mexican guy like $500
for the rights. He was pissed off when he found
out.

Eventually all the publicity got to be too much
for him, especially after he was engaged to this
Mormon girl and didn't want her parents to know
about his friends or his scene. So he asked his
buds to fake his death and he moved to Utah,
where he's prolly still working for his father-
in-law as the tire store's bookkeeper.
