Do you seriously expect the major US news media
to play up anti-war protests? If they have to,
they will "guesstimate" the number of people
in anti-war protests by the number of left-
handers, or blondes, or left-handed blondes.

When they said "The revolution will not be
televised", they should have said "and neither
will the anti-war movement, nor what the rest of
the world is saying, nor anything else that might
be controversial or cost advertiser dollars."

Major media is info-tainment. That is all.

A "free" press is not as profitable as one that
toes the line. Subscriptions only barely cover
the cost of delivery.

What matters the most is the SIZE OF THE INDIVIDUAL PROTESTOR. If we
had but ONE 5000 foot tall protestor, OR one 5000 foot tall soldier,
this whole stupid thing would be over with.

But then there wouldn't be anything good on TV.
