Seduction: The Tale of a Great Love
From Chapter 1:
"At least let me buy you dinner," he said.
"I'm new here and loathe dining
alone. You would be doing me a favor." He held
out a tanned hand and
added, "By the way, I'm "Bob" Dobbs."
"Connie Dobbs," she replied. His strong hand
clasped hers as she gazed
into his ruggedly handsome face. She was struck by his
well-groomed
appearance. He sported a casual linen suit, European
cut, which perfectly
outlined his ruggedly muscular body, and a Panama hat
-- the expensive
kind -- covered his short, black hair. He looked as
though he spent a good
deal of time out of doors.
From Chapter 2:
Sipping his GuRupee, he studied her as she perused the
menu. His gaze
caressed her full, sensuous mouth, her clear, delicate
ivory skin and he
was mesmerized by the way her golden blonde hair shimmered
in the
candlelight.
Connie raised her eyes and met his gaze. Told the Judge
was playing in the
background and the scent of her perfume, Yeti Love-Knot,
lingered between
them. For a long moment they exchanged a look that would
burn deep into
their souls, locking them into the beginning of a memory
that was to last
forever. She blushed slightly, and the spell was broken.
From Chapter 4:
"Why, if it isn't "Bob"'s charming young

don't believe we've met. I'm Woodman the Baron von Atwell,
at your humble
service," he said with a flourish and bowed deeply.
"Connie" she said icily. "If you'll excuse
me, I really am in a hurry."
But he blocked her path.
"Don't rush off," he drawled, "I'd like
to get to know the woman who can
capture my partner's attention so thoroughly,"
he said with an almost
sarcastic sneer.
Partner? That was odd. "I thought "Bob"
worked for The SubGenius
Foundation," she said.
"And what else did he tell you?" he inquired
-- the look in his eye and
the menacing tone of his voice startled her. Instantly,
the look vanished.
Had she imagined it?
From Chapter 7:
As she relaxed in the steaming, fragrant water, she
closed her eyes and
floated back to a memory ... back to July 5 and the
sidewalk outside
Hopeworth's Jewelers, to Foundation Cafe and Told the
Judge began to play
in her head. Remembering warm, moist lips on her sensuous
skin, a voice
whispering, "Darling," in her ear so tenderly,
so hungrily,... and a
passion was aroused in her ...
