Vaccinations of U.S. civilians started today.
Now, imagine if Americans, and maybe the British and
other nice
friendly English speaking folks, were made immune to
smallpox by their
governments' enforced innoculations.
And the smallpox "accidentally" got out again,
or if "some crazy evil
foreign dictator unleashed it." It kills about
a third of the people
who contract it.
Oh, NOW I get it.
Come to think of it, I got a flu shot, but contracted
the flu anyway.
Maybe I'm lucky, and that shot REALLY contained A SECRET
NOTHER
innoculation for something much much worse than flu.
The secret
"A-Bomb" of this war. Or maybe I'm unlucky
and it works about as well
for the "Captain Trips" disease as it does
for the flu.
***
Naw jes' kidding, that's just a paranoid speculation,
like something
out of a thriller novel. Nothing like that ever happens
in real life.

THE ETERNAL CONTEST
"God adores filthy, downtrodden wretches,
and covers the Earth with his favorites;
but Mother Nature(*) abhores the ignorant
peasant, and seeks ever creative ways of
reducing their profligate numbers."

Bullshit city....
The claim is that some countries might have it and it
might
end up in teh hands of terrorists. Which, if they had
it
and wanted to use it, they'd have done so by now.
We have 50 million doses of vaccine which actually can
be stretched
to more than that and new stuff is being made as we
speak,
and is up for FDA approval.
One could expect any terrorists or dictator to be smart
enough to read the
press and know the West will be protectable in a year
or so.
But if some Terorist unleashed teh stuff, what would
happen?
It would probably be quickly contained. But if it spread
widely,
it will soon hit the third world. The assholes that
may be tempted
to use smallpox as avweapon would probably realize that.
Take Karachi, Pakistan. A city of massive slums, 10
million
people, many already chronically sub-ill from poor water,
bad sanitation, poor food.
Small pox would rip through here like like a party of
SubGenii through
a six pack of cold Urquel Pilsner.
Small pox would soon rip through crowded slum countries
like
Pakistan, Bangladesh, Egypt, Indonesia and would halve
the world's
Muslim population overnight.
If I was running what passes in Washington for a government
anymore,
I'd have the word above spread far and wide and would
fan the US media's
talking heads to repeat this until the dullest would
be Muslil jihadist
disease spreading, bio-terrorist moron got the message.
Diseases like smallpox will destroy Islam faster than
America,
cause the poverty suffering Islamic nations are ripe
for some
disease like this to mow them down like past massive
plagues
wiped out large portions of the medievel world.
Imagine for a moment what it would be like if the assholes
set smallpox loose and it hits India. A lot of deaths
will happen
there too, but I suspect the paranoid Hindu extremists
would
soon be blaming the Muslims for purposefully attacking
India with the disease and we'd see a pogrom like we
haven't
seen since partition left 3 million dead.
Other usual hotspots like Nigeria would see a vast increase
in Christian-Islamic violence as angry crowds burn out
Islam
blaming it for the massive wave of death unleashed by
any
such diseases unleashed by Islamic extremists.
Islam would experience the kiss of death in Africa if
Islamic
crazies started this and it hit Africa.
And even if we wanted to help them, we would not be
able
to fast enough if this or other possible nasty diseases
were in fact successfully unleashed on the world.
As these diseases ripped through major Islamic nations,
the poor would spread to the countryside to escape the
horror
and slowly starve to death and merely spread the disease
ever
wider anyway.
It will hurt them, worse than it will hurt us.

That was my point. And who do we know DEFINITELY has
smallpox samples
nicely stored? Us.
Now, I can't imagine American leaders being mean and
nasty enough to
spread a plague after innoculating themselves and their
people. But I'm
no politician. They have different imaginations than
us horror sf kook
satire writer preacher a.v.-geek types. Much grislier,
I've heard.

How to flimsily rationalize genocide in
one easy lesson:
1) THEY are not US.
2) THEY refuse to change to suit US.
3) THEY would gladly do it to US.
4) THEY do not respect OUR rights.
5) THEY cannot, will not and do not
wish to change to better themselves.
6) THEY are superstitious peasants.
7) THEY are sitting on resources that
THEY can't use but wish to profit
from handsomely from US with, with
no work on THEIR part.
8) Given a minimum of modernity THEY
create a mess, because THEY have no
respect for the environment.
9) THEY are a millstone around OUR necks.
10) If THEIR elites wished to share THEIR
vaccine with THEIR people, THEY could
have done so. THEIR OWN leaders didn't.
Did I say "flimsily?"

Well! I see that you have decided you WILL join us
in the re-education
camps after all! I already have dibs on the top bunk.
