Do you ever find yourself sitting at your computer reading and you start to wonder, "is it eerily silent, or am I going deaf?" And then you have to play some crazy flash movie about boobies or dancing hedgehogs just to find out if you can still hear or not.

So, the proper signature delimiter is the way mine is
("-- ") and not the
way yours is ("--").

No, but that's because I never let it get silent. I always have the T.V. on in the background, or my computer playing some of my 400+ MP3s. I don't like silence unless I'm reading a book or trying to sleep. In fact, I've gotten to where I like to listen to music or something in bed, while I'm trying to relax and get to sleep. It always takes me like two hours to get to sleep anyway, because as soon as I lie down, my brain goes crazy, and I can't stop thinking. So I like to listen to music, or, usually, my cds of old Hour of Slack Episodes, so my brain can't think, and I get to sleep quicker.
The Hour of Slack is great at blocking brain functions. Listen to enough of them and you'll never think again.
You may now stop thinking forever.

You're soaking in it.
