Internalising Yoga the the Yeti

Does anyone have specific information on the Yogas leading to a
complete transformation of one into a Yeti?

According to my sources, the first Yeti were not permitted to board
Noah's Ark because they were actually smarter than Noah, and Noah
objected to their use of frop. Since then I have only found hints of
how to re-awaken one's Yeti DNA to achieve full apotheosis and
transformation into Yeti.

The way I hear it - Noah had his ark, but the Yeti already had a
submarine fleet and an underwater city. Stupid humans!
The yogas in question are all taught in Dobbstown, and should only be
practiced under extremely careless circumstances. The breakthru stage is
where you can get your brain to do nothing without shutting down the
rest of the body.
