WASHINGTON — Former CIA and FBI director William Webster said
Thursday that the United States should consider administering
"all sorts of that science-fictiony shit we've been paying the
R&D boys to develop since the (19)40's", to uncooperative al-
Qaeda and Taliban captives at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, "just to
see what happens."
"What I mean is that we've spent billions on death rays, drugs
that can re-animate dead tissue, bio-engineered parasitical
monsters, mutagens that can turn a cockroach into a homosexual
albino gorilla, and a whole bunch of that alien crapola that
nobody can seem to figure out what it does, and we should get
some kind of return on that investment."
"Hell, we've got so many toys," he continued, "that we could
round up a few thousand of them assholes and still need to
kidnap small children from poor countries to test on."

"...Human samples are of prime importance, and if
anybody knows how to do a good job of body snatching,
they will really be serving their country..."
--AEC Commissioner Willard Libby

A few homosexual albino gorilla cockroaches slipped into the general prison
population at wherever the hell we're holding these guys, should enliven
things considerably.
