The obvious answer would be "who cares?" I mean, if all you want to do is
blow your load and go, is a hooker any different than a robot anyway?

I guess it MIGHT matter to some dumbass who fools himself into thinking the
hooker has feelings for him beyond the range of commerce. That's the kind
of guy who goes looking for the same hooker all the time...a dumbass...who
instead of fucking ALL the hookers ends up in a monogamous relationship
with someone who'll blow anyone with a ten-spot.

It's kind of like the Bobbies' relationship with Stang.
