dobbshead in french insurance company banner

Stang,

By mistake I stumbled upon the attacked picture, a banner advertisement
for a french insurance company. The dobbshead only appear shortly in the
banner (animated gif), and is nowhere to be found on their website. Also
it looks a lot like it was taken from the bobco fonts.
