Uh-OH!!! I guess I better actually FINISH those 4 CDs! (I have them down
to 84 minutes each -- only need to remove 10 more minutes or so from
each.

At least I got the BOXES done!

Yeah I know, I'm working on a whole new face for SubSITE. I got my work
cut out for me all right.

I'm afraid you're right about THAT. Hmmm... all the gross stuff from the
SubSITE Filth Stash (which I need to add the last 6 months' worth to) ...

Actually I am seriously thinking about selling ALL OF THE GREAT SHIT OFF
A.B.S., but for real cheap (like ten bucks), since dealing with that
many artists re: royalties would not be worth any meager money we might
make off it... it would be more like a nonprofit archive of stuff that
was posted for free to begin with.

Hardly anybody buys the SubSITE and Multimedia CD-Roms... we sell one a
month or so to EUROPEANS mostly -- British and German mostly. It's such
a dinky flow of orders that the question of royalties is a total joke.
Again, it's all stuff that's available free on the web anyway, having
the disk just saves you download time. I'm well aware that there are
progs that would allow one to duplicate SubSITE off the web and onto a
CD while one slept. Indeed, that's how Rev. Tomwhore put the 75 Hours of
Slack on MP3 -- he had his robots download the RA files and convert them.

I'll tell you what, we need a massive influx of Xmas orders if little
Conbo and little Homunculo-Ivan won't have anything in their stockings
but light switches and frop ashes. Thus we have a limitted time CD sale
(all $15) and I have become a sound-editing, CD-burning,
box-art-slinging machine. I am also embarking on learning Flash so I can
keep up with the dot commies, and Cubase so I can keep up with Moby and
the rest of those Dicks. But first I have to deal with SubSITE
improvements and last minute swag manufacturing for Tampa.

I swear man, it's just like having a real job. Except I can listen to
Spinal Tap or Control Machete or the Boston Frops Orchestra at top
volume while I'm doing it. The boss, me, is just as much of an anal
compulsive asshole and the employee, me, is just as fucking lazy and
indolent of a shirker as in any "real" office.

I am almost an official WCSB DJ! Soon I will be able to LEGALLY spell
Chas on ESO Radio when he's on tour with Cobra Verde or working for Mojo
on his new dot com Bryce killer company. Talk about a good set of jobs!
AND he teaches Rock and Roll History at Cleveland State -- and has a new
BOOK out ("From Woodstock to the Moon" by Chas Smith, but the edition
with pictures in it isn't out yet.)

I am going to go mail those Arises now. Oh FUCK!!! My TAXES!!! SHIT!!!
FUCK!!! Oh well, they can wait... they have for 7 months already.
