Didn't you see David Cronenberg's "The Fly"?

Bush Sr. was trying to EAT the Japanese PM, and was regurgitating digestive
fluids on him to dissolve his flesh!

PS: Anyone remember the Japanese monkey that was trained to imitate Bush
at that meal? It was a hit on Japanese TV. Praise the monkey!
