Somebody already beat you to it. All my X-Day Bryce pictures were turned
into lovely full color postcards. They let me know after they had sold 'em
all. I got a copy of one card.
Funway got paid, I thought you did too. And I thought that we wrote you
about those images that that T-shirt company wanted, and that you said it
was okay and even signed a little contract to that effect.
If it makes you feel any better, that company never sold any of the shirt
designs to any stores, and apparently went out of business. We had another
run of the shirts printed by somebody else, because we had put them in our
catalog already, but most of them aren't selling very well. As you say,
they're shitty designs, but they're the ones this budding but now defunct
shirt company had wanted (and thought their printing method could handle
color-wise) and they were the ones paying for the shirts to be made. We
were their only customers for the shirts though. The world of SubGeniuses
is not a very big customer base. It seems to be one big loop that just
barely, fitfully lives, like a snake simultaneously eating and shitting
its own tail.
