Is this an oxymoron? I'm wondering what gigs out there are more
accomodating to Subgeniuses. I'd be happy with something that would
let me write down non-work related inappropriate creative ideas
throughout the workday for 10-15 min. a day total that I could produce
later. Any ideas?

The simple key to a slackful job is to get a job so technical and
ill-defined that nobody can tell, by watching you, whether you're
accomplishing something practical or just goofing off in alt.slack.
Here's an example:

Cheese labeller and cutter at Kapiti Cheeses. It's no-brainer work, so
your mind is more or less free to wander where it will. Such as plotting
the dreadful torment of the sort of Glorps who play Eiffel 62 and Tom
Jones ad fucking nauseam on the local radio station. Or the torment of
Eiffel 62, for that matter.
Upsides include getting to cut stuff up, nibble bits of waste cheese if
nobody's watching, and it's fairly easy to learn to use the vacuum
packer and L-bar machinery. And wonder how they can go through so much
port and whiskey. That and you get three chances a day to write your
gathered ideas down.
Downsides include the recycled cold virii, goddamn Brick sweating
through the shrink wrap, snapping piano wires and endless Eiffel 62 and
Tom Jones on the radio.

Fools! The most slackful of all jobs is NO JOB AT ALL! You may ask
yourself "Well, how do I get money?"
Answer: GO NUTS! Arrange to get yourself committed to a local mental
institution for a brief period of time Then deal with the arduous task of
arranging for Social Security Disability benefits. Once they certify you as
certifiably certifiable, you can collect monthly government slackbucks.
Then you can send your $30 to "Bob" in thanksgiving.

Mental health. I work with the mentally ill, and not only do I get to meet
a lot of interesting people, it's one of those jobs where you can spend
large amounts of time goofing off on the clock if you want. It's not for
everyone, and not every mental health job might be as easy as mine--but
heck, mine is! And I've met some folks with conspiracy theories that made
Francis E. Dec sound like Dana Scully.
