Funny thing is, that's exactly what happened this year. They had their drums,
and Ed Strange had the PVC Organ. They had their bonfire, and we had ours.
There was one moment when someone (Mojo?) did something to the fire and caused
a gigantic explosion - a huge fireball that literally lit up the entire sky.
Not only that, but some of us actually survived it.

Fuck that noise, I like the drumming, too. It gives the place a nice
"Heart of darkness" ambience.

Not having any idea of the currently suggested monikers for the NeXt Day
(I'm too slackful to even bother reviewing this thread) I propose the
following suggestions:

Fourex day
This might cause problems as "Fourex" is a brand name for both extra
large condoms and beer. Litigation concerns aside, this is a good omen
despite the dire lack of Ballantine XXX Ale (with the rebus in the caps)
this year.

I examined Fourex condoms for suitability at the next-X. Fourex condoms
come folded, not rolled, inside plastic capsules (the condom is pulled
on, like a rubber glove coated with a thin film of slug snot). The
capsules are surprisingly hard (no pun intended) to open. Fourex condoms
are wider than the average latex condoms I tested at XXX day, a full
78 millimeters wide (latex condoms average 52 millimeters)! Fourex, by
the way, has a rubber band rolled onto the base of the condom to prevent
slippage, by the way. This would be useful to most users with an
erection of less width than can of Ballantine XXX. SubG patriarchs may
wish to cut that part off so the Fourex fits, or else they'll have to
force it.

Fourex beer is a microbrewed stout.

Excessive X day or One Too Many X-Day
Quadex day
dub-dub-ex day
x.iv day ( Ex Eye Vee) (my personal favorite other than Fourex)
X dot slash, slash, slash, slash day
Xx4 Day

Easy.

The next "day" should be called PEE DOG DAY.

End of argument.
